I dont use my xbox 360 live account very often & i dont want my gold subscription to go to waste. so i lent my account to my friend. from his xbox he recovered my xbox live account & started playing online. im just wondering if anything will happen if they are both on at the same time? im not playing online but just connected online to watch my movies.
A. If im not mistaken, it will sign out your friend if you try to sign on the same account and give him a message saying someone else is signed onto the account.

A. There are some games that you can't play online split-screen on. However you can play offline split-screen if there is an option; to connect the second controller just hold the middle X button and sign in (either as a guest or another xbox profile). You cannot connect two controllers to one xbox account.
